The main objective of this program centred on sustainable menstruation is to create a healthy environment on the issue of menstruation through workshops & trainings. Under this program, four major programs have been compiled, which are as follows:

1. Women health and menstruation 
2. Hygiene and Menstruation 
3. Gender, Sexuality and Menstruation 
4. Indian Culture on Menstruation 

Pathshala is an Informal Education Program for the Dalit children in rural areas. This program has been started in Basuhan Village's Mushar community. Thirty children has been participated in this program. This program include  : 

1. Informal education class 
2. Promotion to go government school
3. Connecting with mainstream society 
4. Providing food (ration) to save them from malnutrition

Leading Girls is a yearly training program for under-resourced rural girls. It started in 2 Oct 2020 in Dashrathpur village near Varanasi. Its objective are:   

1. Promoting leadership skill 
2. Livelihood and skill development  
3. Organising girl's union 
4. Girls empowerment
