My Dear Ladies,
As you know, the Muheem organisation is known for its efforts and work on the sustainable menstruation. Not only health and hygiene related to menstruation but the breaking the taboo related to the menstruation, Muheem is constantly working on it. In this way, Period Leave is also a part of Muheem plan for the women employees which is being started from now.
Muheem is developing a its permanent team of women employees so now we are happy that we are starting to implement the policy of Period Leave in our organisation.
Starting today, all women (including transgender people) at Muheem can avail up to 12 days of period leaves in a year.
While we are introducing this leave to build a more inclusive work culture, a word of necessary advice –
